PEACE LUTHERAN SCHOOL NEWS 'N' NOTES
Welcome to the 2002-2003 school year at Peace Lutheran! We will work at our best
to keep you informed of all the upcoming events and information involving you and your child
this year. Our weekly News and Notes that your child receives each Monday (ask for it!)
will give you a brief weekly calendar of events along with more detailed information
concerning events and policies. Each month we will send a calendar with scheduled school
and church events. Lastly, we ask you to contact the school office if you have any questions or concerns.
The faculty and staff at Peace look forward to serving you!
Sign In/Out... Our school requires that any student leaving the building for illness, doctor's
appointment, etc. be required to "sign-out" in the office. Parents picking up should ask
for their child in the office so this procedure can take place. Students returning to school
or arriving late should "sign-in" at the office before returning to the classroom. We hope
to ensure the safety of your children in this matter.
Hot Lunch...This year the hot lunch program will be offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
only! On Thursday and Friday the students will be required to bring a sack lunch. Milk will
be sold on Thursday and Friday.
Please note: to order hot lunch, the count will be taken the day prior.
